1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Travel Planet, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. Our platform is provided "as is" for the purpose of facilitating flight bookings using gift cards.

2. Gift Card Usage

Users are responsible for providing valid, unredeemed gift cards. Travel Planet uses advanced verification systems to validate cards. Any attempt to use fraudulent, stolen, or already redeemed cards will result in immediate booking cancellation and a permanent ban from the platform.

3. Booking and Cancellations

All bookings are subject to airline availability and confirmation. Once a gift card is processed and a booking is confirmed, the transaction is final. Cancellations and refunds are subject to the specific airline's policies and may be issued as Travel Planet credit or airline vouchers.

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate passenger information, including full names as they appear on passports. Travel Planet is not responsible for travel disruptions caused by incorrect passenger data provided during the booking process.

5. Limitation of Liability

Travel Planet and its creators (Hueski kataje) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service, including but not limited to flight delays, cancellations, or denied boarding.
