Booking details are retained only for as long as necessary to ensure the completion of your travel and to provide support. Gift card images used for OCR are deleted immediately after successful code extraction and verification.

We implement industry-standard security protocols to protect your data during transmission and storage. Our OCR technology and payment verification systems are designed to minimize human intervention and maximize data privacy.
